Leif Erlandsson

Chairman of the Board

Leif has 25 years of experience in sales, business and management of technical companies. He has been the CEO and co-owner of Innovativ Vision AB for ten years.

Leif's specialty is in the sale of industrial systems, business development, agreements and distribution with an international focus. Leif is involved in the expansion of Entrans´ business.

Johan Hellqvist

CEO

Johan has more than 15 years’ of experience in executive positions in international technology companies, most recently as CEO of a solar energy company. Johan has also founded a fabless semiconductor company, Xelerated, a profitable company with annual revenue of 30 MUSD with offices in Sweden, USA, China and Israel. He was COO and director of the board responsible for manufacturing, financing and business planning, among other things. Prior to this Johan held sales and engineering consultant positions at Saab Combitech and Cap Gemini.

Johan attended Lund University in Sweden and Universität Karlsruhe in Germany. He holds a MSc. in electrotechnical engineering.

Joakim Wessman

CTO

Joakim has worked in the energy industry as a Process Engineer and technical expert for heat pumps, chillers and district cooling plants for more than 15 years. His job scope then included operation and system optimization of Fortum's production facilities in Stockholm, primarily at Värtaverket. He has also developed new system solutions for district heating and cooling, several of these have resulted in large energy savings and environmental improvements when implemented.

Joakim attended the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and holds a BSc. in Control and Maintenance Engineering, specialized in Heat and Power Engineering. Joakim has also worked as Machine Engineer and Project Engineer within automation.

Conny Wretlind

COO

Conny has worked for more than 30 years within the energy industry including positions as Project Manager, Maintenance Manager, Block Manager for heat pumps and chillers, as well as Technical Director of the accredited inspection agency at Fortum Heat CHP plants in Värtan, Stockholm.

Conny holds a degree in Marine Engineering and has worked for five years as a Machine Officer at Saléns cooling fleet. Conny has also worked for two years as a consultant at Idhammar Konsult AB with development and installations of computer based systems for maintenance within Swedish and Nordic industry.

Tor Kihlberg

Member of the Board

Tor is an Investment Manager for Cleantech at Innovationsbron and responsible for the investment in Entrans. Tor has worked with business development and financing of enterprises at early stage for the past 10 years.

Tor holds an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied Industrial Economy at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Goh Soo Lin

Sales and Marketing Engineer

Soo is from Singapore with a B.Eng in Environmental Science and Engineering from National University of Singapore. Soo has been active in the cleantech landscape and environmental movement in Singapore and Asia.
